Onyx Guests
We are officially stepping into the next phase of our transition at Onyx, and as of February, our providers will officially be operating within our independent suite model.
The care and comfort you know and love will remain the same. There are simply a few updates you may notice at your next visit or call to Onyx. This is a bit of an information-heavy email — thank you in advance for reading through it. Our goal is to help you know exactly what to expect and to make this transition feel seamless.
A Provider-Led Studio
Onyx is now a provider-led studio. Your service provider will personally manage their schedule, communication, and client care, allowing for a more direct and personalized experience.
During this adjustment, we will continue checking voicemails and emails daily to ensure everything flows smoothly.
No Receptionist
We no longer have a front desk receptionist.
Your provider will guide your visit from arrival to departure!
Arrival & Entry
For privacy and safety, the door will remain locked while services are in session.
Fifteen minutes before your appointment, you will receive a text with a link to our virtual waiting room. When you arrive, simply click the link and your provider will come greet you at the door and welcome you in — with the same warmth and complimentary comforts you’re used to.
Coming soon: we are working on installing a personal guest code entry system for more of a seamless flow.
New Booking Software
We have upgraded our booking system to make online scheduling, reminders, and communication even easier and more efficient.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are available directly from our website! If you would like to pick up a physical gift card, please email us to coordinate a pickup time.
Products
If you need products between visits or would like guidance selecting new skincare, please call or email us to arrange a product pickup or consultation.
We are very excited as this transition allows our providers the independence to grow and thrive, while allowing Onyx to continue being the calm, welcoming space you trust.
